1xBet is on the official list of betting operators licensed by Brazil's Ministry of Finance: Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,666 of 29 July 2025, company DEFY LTDA, domain 1xbet.bet.br. In Brazil, only sites ending in .bet.br are legal.

Payments

Brazilian rules (Ordinance SPA/MF 615/2024) only allow electronic transfers from an account in the bettor's own name. Credit cards, cash, boletos, cheques, crypto and third-party payments are banned. In practice, deposits are made by Pix. Check the minimum and maximum on screen before confirming.

Bonuses

Ordinance SPA/MF 1,231/2024 forbids operators from tying bonuses to deposits or giving advances to bet. Be wary of any "deposit bonus" advertised for Brazil.
